Our thoughts and beliefs sit in the words we use, internally with ourselves, and externally, with others. In education, our words in turn affect policy, they affect curriculum, and they affect pupils' lives. This session of intentional self-reflection deepens how we understand, refine, and reframe our words to bring about continuous, collective improvement.
